Graissage et remplacement des soufflets de rotule de direction par des universels en silicone rouge.

* For James : right and left new ties rods boots, red silicon made + new heavy duty red grease inside

Complete black satin repaint : plastics, grills, bumpers, door mirrors, skirts, etc...

(upside aero lips are the only things that i don't remove to be repaint)

Slight rust repairs on the rear pannel (often some slights waves under the paint)
Body work : metal brush & buffer, + primer (+ anti-rust mat black paint, not showing on this picture)

The bottom of the front bay was not rusty. Only 2 or 3 slight surface rust but it was dirty and unwashable, even with paint thinner...
Then, i only sanding and repaint in black satin. It looks very clean now.
(i don't repaint in white pearl because it supposed to remove everythings and to get the same colour with this 3 coated, it's quite difficult and finally don't looks as nice than black)

All the pastics inside has been refresh with special plastics paint.

I save the original color, the paint code and the original Renault stikers inside the hood.

There are some 20mm wheels spacers on the car, front and rear.






Rear wheels, wrinkle paint finish + edges polishing

Reconditionned Air box cover + K&N (performance washable air filter)






Rear Left wheel housing view, we can see the stainless brake hose. (the for wheel housing lloks like that one)

Non ça ne glisse pas dutout. C'est de l'Aluminium gauffré anti-dérapant !
Il mettent ça sur les plateformes de pompier...pour quand ils jouent avec de l'eau !

The original ref. for the low pressure pump is : Bosch 0 580 463 013 (but very expensive and very rare to find)
Then you can use that one witch is a 0 580 464 085 (from R18 turbo)

I bought one of the two they only have in stock because one of both on your R5, don't work good even if the car can run perfectly with only one.

Question :


Je n'ai pas de courant qui alimente le boitier "temperature/pression d'essence" qui est sur le cache culbuteur.(boitier côté volant moteur)
0 volt moteur tournant.

1/ est-ce un + après contact qui vient du relais tachimétrique ?
2/ est-ce que l'autre fil par direct à la masse ?

(Le regulateur d'air de ralenti fonctionne très bien.)

Incidence, ralenti super, s'étouffe à froid quand on accélère, moteur fonctionne bien à chaud.

Cela ressemble-t'il à ce symptôme ?
